Payment Options

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance or billing questions you may have.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Billing Information

After your insurance has processed your claim, we will send you a monthly statement. Typically, insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. If you notice that your statement doesn't reflect the insurance payment within this timeframe, please contact our office. Any remaining balance after the insurance payment is your responsibility, and we appreciate your timely payment.
